Payments are due on the 10th of each month.

Payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the due date.

Payment received after 5:00p.m. On the due date is subject to a 10% penalty.

Payment received after 5:00 p.m. on the 20th of each month will be subject to a $40.00 late fee and service may be disconnected without further notice.

Payments received after 4:00 pm on all locked meters will be unlocked the following business day.

Failure to receive your bill does not exempt payment.

Payment options are bank draft, debit or credit cards in office or over the phone; we also have a drop box outside.  We do not have online payment, if you chose an online payment through your bank please enter your last 4 digits of your water account number only, if not the bank will mail us a check. Please check with your bank to make sure they provide this electronic service.

Office hours are 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday except holidays.
